Yingshan Forest Park

As a paradise of wildlife in Beijing, Yingshan Forest Park has varied terrains which shape a patchwork of landscape featuring one cliff, two plains, six peaks and seven valleys. This park is shrouded with dense trees and flowers of various species, like locust trees, torch, smoke bush, Chinese juniper, Chinese red pine, Armand pine and painted maple, totaling 300,000 in nearly 200 species. This makes the vegetation coverage of this park reach up to 97% and creates this park into an idea place for tourists to enjoy the cool in summer.

Yungang Forest Park

Featuring luxuriant vegetation and refreshing air, Yungang Forest Park is dubbed the “Green Lung of Yungang” and a must-go tourist attraction. Dense forests and crystal lakes here are natural habitats of various lively wild plants and animals, like common pheasant, Chinese hare, Turtle Dove, chickadees, common kingfisher, weasel, steppe marmot  and fishes.
