“Fat Uncle” CHEN Mingxiang is a Taiwanese story-telling volunteer. He almost spends all his time on story telling. Every month, he launches 22 volunteer training for story-telling volunteers and young mothers. Every year, he holds 300 story-telling sessions.

With professional background of formal training, CHEN Mingxiang tells stories vividly. With multiple body languages, high and low tones and mixed arias, he plays different roles. In story-telling sessions, he can make sounds of old person, child, man, woman and different types of small animals. During his performance, he vigorously interacts with the children through rhythm, Q & A and other arrangements. Moreover, he tends to draw beautiful and lovely whiteboard paintings and takes advantage of self-made props and dolls to tell the stories in a more exciting and distinctive manner.
