Nanluoguxiang, a popular alley on the east side of Beijing's central axis, runs from East Gulou Street in the north to Di'anmen East Street in the south. Established in the Yuan Dynasty, it is 787 meters long and 8 meters wide.
As one of the oldest alleys in Beijing, it has a history of over 740 years. The neighboring alleys contain many ancient mansions and courtyards with beautiful sceneries and profound history.
